Bill Dennis

Born in Bozeman, Montana in 1939, Bill and his wife, Virginia, and family, moved to Natchitoches in the summer of 1972. He taught at Northwestern State University for 31 years and retired in 2003. Virginia began teaching in the Natchitoches Parish schools in 1978 and also retired in 2003. They have two children with families, Kevin Dennis and Melissa Rapp. Both families are faithful to the Lord. Bill first served as a deacon in the Lord's church at South Denver Church of Christ in Denver, Colorado, starting in 1964. He was appointed a deacon for the church at Grand Ecore Road when elders and deacons were first appointed about 1984 and began serving as an elder approximately 1992.

Joel Worley

Joel Worley has been a Christian since age 13. He has been married to the former Verna Kitchens since September 8, 1958. They have two daughters, a son, all married. They have eight grandchildren. All are Christians. Joel has been at Northwestern State University since 1991, as a professor and dean since July 2001. He served also as elder in the church at Blacksburg, Virginia.
